Hi, I’m Dave Fonvielle. I’m the founder of Always Greater and creator of the SYBR (Systematic Brain Rewiring) Method.
I have a B.A. from Duke University and an M.A. in Philosophy of Science from University College London.
I’ve developed brain rewiring techniques for making change easier since 2006. In 2025 I organized them into the SYBR Method, a simple, enjoyable, no-nonsense way to rewire your brain for positive change.
I also created the SYBR AI Toolkit to make the SYBR Method even easier and more effective with assistance from AI.

In 2006, my brain rewiring techniques took up to an hour to do some intense rewiring. But once I discovered the power of prediction errors (an important neuroscience concept), as well as the power of leveraging positive emotion for rapid change, my techniques became faster, easier, more enjoyable, and more effective all at once.
In 2022, I created the Rapid Rewiring System, a foundational SYBR Method technique. It is one of my simplest, easiest, most powerful, and most elegant solutions, especially for daily rewiring (as opposed to one-time power moves).
