Focus On The Positive Value In Your Life And The Lives Of Others

You can achieve being happier faster and easier by changing the way you think.

For this achievement, you’ll learn how to change your thinking so that you:

  • Stop focusing on negative value or the absence of positive value in yourself, others, and your connections with others
  • Start focusing on positive value in yourself, others, and your connections with others

To do this, learn why the first way of thinking doesn’t help you or make sense, while the second one does, and then make choices based on what you’ve learned.

Stop focusing on negative value or the absence of positive value in yourself, others, and your connections with others

Here’s why there’s no value in this type of negative thinking:

  • You have less happiness and enjoyment due to focusing on negative value or the absence of positive value in yourself, others, and your connections with others. After all, you are not seeing any positive value to enjoy.
  • Life becomes less meaningful and worthwhile to you, because you are not focusing on any positive value that makes life valuable, worthwhile, or meaningful to you. Also, you have less enjoyable and less meaningful social interactions with other people due to not seeing positive value in your connections with others.
  • You have less energy and motivation to care for or to try to improve yourself and your connections with others, due to not seeing or focusing on any positive value in these things. The result is you have less success and achievement (or none at all) improving yourself and your connections with others. In such a way, your life remains “stuck” being less meaningful, worthwhile, and valuable to you.

Start focusing on positive value in yourself, others, and your connections with others

Here’s why there’s great value in this type of positive thinking:

  • You have more happiness and enjoyment due to focusing on positive value in yourself, others, and your connections with others. After all, you are seeing positive value that you can enjoy.
  • Life becomes more meaningful and worthwhile to you, because you are focusing on positive value that makes life more valuable, worthwhile, and meaningful to you. Also, you have more enjoyable and more meaningful social interactions with other people due to seeing positive value in your connections with others.
  • You have more energy and motivation to care for and to try to improve yourself and your connections with others, due to seeing and focusing on the positive value in these things. The result is you have more success and achievement improving yourself and your connections with others. In such a way, your life becomes more meaningful, worthwhile, and valuable to you.

Enjoy a beneficial change that makes sense

  • Just as you are capable of choosing to see a glass as half full or half empty, you are clearly capable of choosing to focus on either positive value or negative value in yourself, others, and your connections with others.
  • Even if negative value or the absence of positive value “exists” for you in yourself, others, or in your connections with others, why would you choose to focus on that negative value — which, literally, is of no value to you and makes life feel meaningless, worthless, and valueless — rather than focusing on the positive value that would make life feel more meaningful, worthwhile, and valuable to you?
  • When you consider how you want to be happier and enjoy life, and how you can choose to focus on positive value or negative value in yourself, others, and your connections with others, it makes complete sense to choose to focus on positive value that makes life more meaningful, worthwhile, and valuable to you rather than on negative value that makes life less meaningful, worthwhile, and valuable to you.
