Why a low self confidence test or quiz is useless
A valuable insight: it helps to see yourself as self confident, and you don’t need anyone else’s support, acceptance, approval, or permission to do this.
So, for your own good, don’t ever take a self confidence test created by someone else that tells you whether or not you are ‘really’ confident, or whether you suffer from low self confidence, and so on.
The reason for this is that if you let anyone else determine for you how confident you are or not, you will always be less self confident. After all, you are trusting and valuing other people’s judgment of you, more than your own judgment of yourself, and this makes you less self confident.
To have what some people consider true self confidence, always know without a doubt that you are a self confident person, regardless of what anyone else says or thinks, or what any test results say. If you think about it, this is an extremely self confident way to be, indeed.
How to know without a doubt that you are confident
If you already believe in yourself to some degree, you can already know without a doubt that you are self confident to some degree. The only question is how self confident you are.
Remember, the more you see yourself as being confident, the more you create confidence in yourself.
So the name of the game, now, is to see yourself in the most confident light that your mind can comfortably and honestly accept, regardless of what other people think.
For example, if you can honestly accept yourself as being moderately confident, rather than barely confident, do that; and if you can accept yourself as being very confident, rather than moderately confident, do that; and if you can see yourself as being extremely confident, rather than very confident, do that.
